b. Clear up misinterpretations of the form
c. Correct any old habits which one may have accumulated over time bringing awareness from a visual perspective.
d. Allow the practitioner to view, repeat, & practice the moves in their own time and in the comfort of their own homes.
e. The videos will also allow students to become familiar with the steps ahead of the current class.
f. If students miss their live classes, they can catch up using this platform.
