Tai chi helps you sleep better

Poor sleep is known to have an impact on your health, as well as your productivity.

A recent study published in Biological Psychiatry (November 2015) has shown that the Chinese exercise technique of tai chi, and cognitive behavioural therapy, have been shown to reduce both inflammation and insomnia.
